Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the apps Mann Badal ("we", "us") publishes on the App Store. By installing or using one, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Apple's licence

Our apps are distributed through the App Store, so they're licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's licence conflict, Apple's licence governs.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, as the App Store terms permit. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or try to extract the source of an app, except where the law doesn't allow that restriction.

Your content

What you put into our apps remains yours. We claim no ownership of it, and the privacy policy says exactly what, if anything, leaves your device. You're responsible for your content, and for having the right to use anything you add, such as a picture.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are sold through the App Store, and Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Don't use our apps to store or share unlawful content, to harass anyone, or to infringe anyone's rights. Don't try to interfere with an app's operation, with its services, or with other people's data.

Services we don't control

Some features rely on services run by others, such as Apple's iCloud and App Store, or servers of your own. Their availability, limits and account requirements are set by whoever runs them, and are outside our control. Features may change as those services change.

Back up your data

Our apps are conveniences, not systems of record. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

Support

Help is on the support page, where you can write to us. We aim to fix the problems you report, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability or a particular response time.

No warranty

Our apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Your use of them is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of our apps.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that can't lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page, and on each part that changed, shows the current version. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Last Stop is a one-time purchase, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. Only the terms for every app, above, apply to it.

Managerr is a free, independent companion app for the media services you run.

Your services and content

Use Managerr only with servers you own or are authorised to manage, and with content you have the right to access. You're responsible for your services' configuration, your credentials, your network access, and following the law and any third party's terms.

Managerr doesn't supply, host, stream or sell media. Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Prowlarr, Seerr, Tautulli, Plex and Apple are separate products with their own owners.

Actions on your servers

Some actions can change your library, request downloads, rename or move files, delete content or stop playback. Check which service an action is for, and its options, before you confirm it, and keep backups of your servers. A command your server accepts isn't guaranteed to complete.

Availability

Managerr depends on your network, on your services being available, and on their APIs staying compatible. Features may change as those services evolve. Offline data, widgets and reminder dates can fall out of date.

Free to use

Managerr has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertising. The costs of your own hosting, network and third-party services remain yours.

Managerr is an independent app and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Prowlarr, Overseerr, Jellyseerr, Tautulli or Plex projects. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to say what Managerr connects to.

Subscriptions

Creating a new share of a list you own needs an active sharing subscription. Everything else in My List stays free, including private lists, iCloud sync, reminders, widgets, the Apple Watch app, and viewing or editing a list someone else shares with you. The people you share with never need a subscription of their own.

You can choose US$0.99 a week or US$29.99 a year. These are base prices in United States dollars; the App Store shows the price in your country. The subscription renews and is charged as described under Purchases and subscriptions, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account's subscription settings.

If your subscription ends, My List gives you a 7-day warning. During that time you can keep managing existing shares, but you can't create a new one. After those 7 days, the lists you shared automatically stop being shared, and the people in them lose access. Your own lists and all of their items stay in My List and aren't deleted. Refunds are handled by Apple, and a refund may end sharing straight away.

Shared lists

Sharing is the one place your content reaches other people, so it's worth being explicit:

• When you share a list, everyone you invite can see everything in it, including attached pictures. Don't put anything in a shared list that you wouldn't want them to see.
• Giving someone can edit access lets them change the list's colour, and change, add or delete its items. Those changes affect everyone in the share, including you.
• You're responsible for who you invite and for reviewing who's in a share. You can change someone's access, or stop sharing, at any time.
• If someone shares a list with you, respect how they've asked you to use it, and don't pass its contents on without their agreement.

Sharing is delivered by Apple's iCloud sharing, so it depends on Apple's services, and on each person having a working Apple Account.

iCloud and your lists

Sync and sharing rely on iCloud, and don't work without it; the app keeps working on your device when iCloud isn't available. Deleting a list is immediate, and removes it for everyone it's shared with.

Plans and subscriptions

Proofy Free includes manual proof entry, sharing individual proofs, and 10 free AI reads online. Proofy Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription for ongoing AI extraction, scanning, imports, automatic store logos, full-vault export, iCloud sync and 30-day recovery. On-Device AI, OCR and PDF text extraction remain available as a local fallback.

Pricing, renewal, cancellation and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store, as described under Purchases and subscriptions. If you cancel, Proofy Pro continues until the end of the current billing period.

AI extraction is subject to fair-use limits, to keep the service reliable and its processing costs in check. If a limit is reached, Proofy may ask you to subscribe, continue manually, or try again later.

iCloud and recovery

iCloud sync depends on your Apple Account, your network, your available iCloud storage and Apple's CloudKit service. Proofy keeps working on your device when sync isn't available, but no cloud service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. You're responsible for checking sync status, and for keeping exports where you need them for legal, insurance, tax or warranty purposes.

Recently Deleted gives you 30 days to recover a deleted proof. Deleting a proof permanently can't be undone. If your paid access ends, new uploads and ongoing sync pause, and Proofy may still let you restore an existing iCloud vault.

AI suggestions

AI extraction creates draft suggestions from the proof documents you choose. You're responsible for reviewing and correcting the suggested stores, dates, totals, items and warranty details before you save them or rely on them.

Store names and logos

Proofy may show a merchant's name or logo to help identify the store a proof came from. Logos are provided by Logo.dev or chosen by you. Store names, logos and related trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification; showing them doesn't mean a merchant sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Proofy.

Logos aren't guaranteed to be available or accurate. You can correct a store's website, choose your own logo, turn store logos off, or use Proofy's store icon.
