Free includes manual entries, sharing individual proofs, 10 free AI reads online, and a vault stored on your device.

Proofy Pro is a monthly subscription. It adds scanning and photo and file imports, automatic store logos, full-vault export, iCloud sync with 30-day recovery, and ongoing AI extraction. On-Device AI, OCR and PDF text extraction stay available as a local fallback.

To restore it on a new device, open Settings in Proofy, tap your plan at the top, then tap Restore Purchases.

Apple manages the subscription: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you cancel, Proofy Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

Everyone gets 10 free AI reads online. They need an internet connection, because the proof you choose is sent to Proofy's extraction service, which suggests its details for you to review.

When the free reads are used up, or the service can't be reached, you can subscribe to Proofy Pro or carry on entering details yourself.

With Proofy Pro, Settings → iCloud in Proofy shows iCloud Sync's status and lets you sync straight away. A deleted proof stays in Settings → Recently Deleted for 30 days, so you can bring it back.

Sync needs an iCloud account with enough storage. Your vault stays usable on the device while you're offline, and changes sync when iCloud is available again.

When the Apple Account changes, Proofy pauses sync and asks whether to keep this device's vault and add it to the new account, or replace it with the new account's vault.

Before replacing it, Proofy keeps a safety copy of the old vault on the device for 30 days. You can restore its proofs from Settings → iCloud.

Yes. Your vault lives on your device, and manual entry works without a connection. AI extraction needs the internet; with Proofy Pro, On-Device AI, OCR and PDF text extraction work offline instead.

What AI and OCR read from a receipt is a draft, and a crumpled or faded receipt can fool them. Before you save, check the store, date, items, total, GST or tax, and warranty details.

Add a warranty's expiry date and a reminder date to a proof. Proofy notifies you on the reminder date, and again on the day the warranty expires.

To get them, tap Allow Notifications in Settings → Warranties.

Edit the store to correct its website, choose your own logo, or use Proofy's store icon instead. To stop fetching logos altogether, turn off Store Logos in Settings → Privacy.
